On a recent trip to New York City right before New Years Eve, I wanted to test out a wide lens on 35mm film and test out Kodak’s Portra 800 in low light. All photos were hand held. It wasn’t the easiest to do, but I still dig the results! And as a side note, it was really freakin’ cold out that night!

I know you’ve been seeing a lot of my niece Hayden on the blog, but get used to it! I can’t even describe how happy it makes me feel to spend time with her and see her smile. This past October we spent a fun afternoon at The Riverview Farms pumpkin patch in Glastonbury, CT and it was the first time that Hayden and I experienced a hayride!

Dear friends of mine asked me to photograph their dog Colby while he is still a puppy. So I photographed their little family while I was in Los Angeles. I love dogs so much and who can resist a face like Colby’s?
