Before I begin packing for our trip to the Caribbean’s, I couldn’t leave you without posting some photos from Kevin and Maria’s intimate wedding in Old Towne Orange. When Maria first moved to California a few years ago, she attended a friends wedding at this really beautiful church, which at the time, she had no idea where it was. All she knew was that someday, when she gets married, this would be the place. Fast forward a few years later, when Kevin met Maria in Orange. On their 2nd date, after a lovely evening, they both decided to take a walk around Old Towne Orange. Suddenly, Maria recognized the church she so fell in love with many years ago. They both laughed as Maria shares this story with Kevin. Kevin though was thinking that is was only their 2nd date and really? wedding? But luckily, Kevin decided to pop the question a few years later and as you guessed it, they were married at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Orange. The small intimate reception was later held at PJ’s Abbey. Overall, it was a perfect day! With that being said, I’ll see you all in 10 days!
Maria’s daughter showing off her shoes.
Maria is also a makeup artist and she looked perfect!

The church had so much detail and history.

Some final adjustments.
Maria looking nervous and happy. I loved her reaction when the doors slowly opened and she saw Kevin.
Married!
The church was beautiful from top to bottom.
A strong front runner for ring shot of the year for myself.

We found a quiet area for them.

Doesn’t Maria look like someone we know? I say Cameron Diaz, but Kevin thinks Michelle Pfeiffer.

It was a perfect evening.

So many favorites… the bride… the church … and my personal favorite… the loving adoration expression from “the groom’s” eyes. Perfect!
