When Kay contacted me about photographing her family for their 09 Christmas card, I was honored and excited. But when she came up with the idea of photographing them in fresh snow, I nearly lost my mind with excitement! It’s been nearly 2 years since I’ve actually felt or seen real snow and when we arrived to Mount San Jacinto after a long trek by Ariel Tram, it felt like I was home again in Connecticut. Even their daughter Raffy was excited. I’m sure she would be, being that this was her first time seeing snow. If anyone wants their family photos taken in the snow, perhaps at Big Bear Mountain or any other unique or destination place, please contact me! THE GARDNER’S : MOUNT SAN JACINTO STATE PARK FAMILY PHOTOS
ANDREW & RACHEE : WEDDING AT EL ADOBE, SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
I’ll just begin by saying wow! Wow for Andrew & Rachee for getting married this past Friday at El Adobe in San Juan Capistrano and wow for having such fun details and amazing friends and family! That last line doesn’t really get old to me, since most of the time it’s true. This time instead of writing captions above the photos, I’ll just let the photos do the job of telling the story.

I have to warn you, I didn’t hold back on the photos this time. I really had a hard time leaving out some photos, so I said “What the heck!” There was so much joy and emotion that day, that I could just leave some photos to lurk quietly in the online gallery. Rachee & Andrew, congratulations again! It’s beyond words for my gratitude and appreciation for you both!

MICHAEL & STACEY ENGAGED
Maybe I’m speaking for myself here, but as a former single guy, the only thing I ever asked for on my birthday, was for my best friend to bring my future wife to my birthday party. Was that to much to ask for? Ok so that never worked out for me and I’m glad! But for Michael, ask and you shall receive! Michael’s friend was dating Stacey’s friend and to make a long story short, they met at Michael’s birthday party through their friends and the rest is history.
This past weekend, I headed up to LA to meet up with Michael and Stacey. The day was perfect! Great weather in LA, non-crowded streets and extra daylight! What more can a photographer ask for? Besides hanging out with such a fun and down to earth couple of course. Their wedding will be in LA in May and I’m looking forward to it. Thanks again guys for the food experience at The Farmers Market and giving us a tour of LA.
