My last wedding of 2009, ended up being my most relaxed wedding I’ve photographed all year. Shirley and Tung had their celebration at the beautiful Verandas in Manhattan Beach, surrounded by only their closest friends and family. Some of which came from other countries. The day was mainly an outdoor garden “Chinese Tea Ceremony” and a relaxing lunch with their guests. This day and this wedding, was a great way to end 2009! Now on to the photos!
Venue : The Verandas, Manhattan Beach, CA
Florals : Be Buds Florist, Torrance, CA
Stationery and Invitations : Emily K Paperie
Lion Dance: East Wind Foundation
We started the day at the Ayres Hotel in Manhattan Beach. There’s something charming about this particular hotel that I like.
The flowers were amazing!
Many gold bracelets.
Talk about awesome shoes!
Some getting ready and relaxed photos.
Tungs first look reaction is priceless!
I gave them a few minutes to just relax and be together.

Lovely window lighting at The Verandas!
The garden “Chinese Tea Ceremony” was my favorite part of the day! Lion Dance and all!

Some more relaxed photos in the courtyard.
It was an amazing day and I got to see a perfect sunset when I was leaving!

Special thanks to Brian Fletcher for helping me out! Be sure to checkout more photos on his blog!
